Our Mission

Web-DECIDE seminars provide high quality management development options at a reasonable price. Participants learn by doing, using current business concepts and tools. Managers strengthen business skills and learn to think like CEOs. Individuals and their companies see immediate and deep benefits, providing a great value management development program for your organization!

Seminars are targeted towards managers who need to enhance their business skills and/or strategic decision-making capabilities. Managers hindered by "tunnel vision" —- a short-sighted focus on their own functional areas —- benefit greatly, as do their companies. The seminar format effectively blends short lectures, relevant business cases, decision making using the Web-DECIDE business simulation, and rigorous debriefing and analysis. Specific company objectives are met through seminar customization in which we integrate "real" company-based cases or relevant Harvard Business cases.

To ensure success we use world class trainers!
